1. Tell us about you (about 10 minutes)

You choose a treatment and answer health questions online: your history, current medications and goals. At the end, a $50 hold is placed on your card. It's a hold, not a charge.

2. A licensed clinician reviews it

An independent, licensed clinician in your state reviews your answers. They may message you with questions or ask for labs. Every prescribing decision is theirs.

If they don't approve treatment, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

3. If you're approved, your plan ships

If the clinician prescribes, the $50 visit fee and your plan are charged, and a licensed US pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to you, cold-packed when it needs to be. Shipping is included.

4. Check-ins every 90 days

Around day 75 of a 3-month plan, we ask how it's going. Your clinician reviews your check-in and can adjust your dose or switch treatments, and your next three months ship before you run out.

Nothing renews without that check-in, and renewals don't carry another visit fee.
